Overcome emetophobia

Even if you've had it for years

Even if you've tried everything else

Hey. I'm glad you're here.

You didn't end up on this page by accident. I know that.

I know exactly what it's like to feel trapped by something other people can't seem to understand. To carry this quiet, constant fear that something is about to go wrong in your body, while everyone around you moves through the day without a second thought.

I lived like that for over a decade.

There was an entire winter where I barely left my room. Christmas stopped feeling like Christmas, all I could think about was who might be sick and whether I'd make it through the day. I stopped going abroad in the summer. There were stretches where I couldn't eat properly for days. My sleep fell apart, and some nights I'd wake up with a full panic attack, heart racing, with no one around to explain what was actually happening to me.

For a long time I thought that was just who I was. That some people are simply "too anxious," and that this fear would follow me around for the rest of my life.

Until I found out there was actually another way out.

One I had never even heard of before.

Not medication. Not "just get over it". Not being thrown into your worst fear with no explanation and hoping you survive it. A specific, gradual way of doing exposure work, built around understanding how the brain actually learns fear first, not just forcing yourself through it blind.

So I tried it, and it started working faster than I expected.

I ate something I would have avoided a year earlier. I stayed five extra minutes somewhere I'd normally have left. I got through a flight without spiraling. Small things, but real ones, and they kept building from there.

Today, I don't map out exits anymore. I've traveled to places I never thought I'd see. I eat food I didn't cook myself without a second thought. My brain isn't running a threat assessment all day anymore. I actually get to just live.

This didn't happen because I'm special, or because I found some secret only I have access to. It happened because I finally found the right way through it, and did the work, in the right order.

This is my story. But it can be yours too, if you're ready to try something different.

So let me ask you one last thing.

If you don't do anything now, what will your life look like in a year? Or five?

You can stay exactly where you are.
Or you can take the first step, right now.
